1.1 The Business sells attire for gymnastics and related activities.

1.2 Prices are as advertised and are subject to change without notice.

2. Delivery Policy

2.1 Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 2- 4 working days.

2.2.Delivery time may vary according to item.

2.3 All items will be delivered to Tumble Mania Annlin premises.

3. Return and Refunds policy

3.1 All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges are permitted unless the item is damaged or defective upon receipt.

4. Customer Privacy Policy

4.1 Tumble Mania shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, “personal

5. Payment 

5.1 Payment to be made via EFT. 

5.2 Payment is required in full before orders are processed.

5.3 Class fees must be up to date before order can be placed.

5.4 If class fees are not up to date, the given payment will be allocated towards outstanding class fees

6. Responsibility

6.1 Tumble Mania takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.

7. Country of Domicile

7.1 This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and Tumble Mania chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature.

8. Variation

8.1 Tumble Mania may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.

9. General

9.1. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the customer and the Business regarding attire sales and online accounts.

9.2. The Business reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.

9.3. By purchasing attire or creating an online account, customers agree to abide by these Terms.

9.4. These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa and any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with South African law.
